where does continuum find it's repositories?

Hello,
I have a problem here, continuum (1.1) fails on 2 of my projects with missing dependencies (see logs below) 
The curious part is that

1) id doesn't seem to try a checkout from "internal-releases" repository
2) It work on a developper computer with a fresh checkout from svn & the complete removal of ~/.m2/repository (forces all downloads) 3) The pom.xml, for repository "internal-releases", clearly states that this repo is both snapshot and releases:
