I don't think the list allows attachments, but the answer is probably
that someone registered for an account. (Log out, and you should see
links for 'Login' and 'Register' at the top left.)
As long as the user has no roles, it won't be able to do anything.
Is there a way to disable users from registering for an account
themselves? I would like the admin to be the only one capable of
creating accounts.
