Notification emails always sent and not just in failure case

Hi All,
I have a strange behavior with the notification emails.
I have a project group and for  this groups I set a Notifier of type 
'Mail" selecting just 'Send on Failure'. My issue is that I receive an 
email always also in case of success.

Any suggestion ? I have missed some configuration ?
