Problem setting tool (Installations)

I’ve try install continuum-1.2.3.war on Tomcat 6.0 but I’m having a problem
when configure installation tool.

 

Environment:

-       Windows 2003 server

-       Tomcat 6.0

-       Maven 2.0.9

-       Jdk1.6.0_07

 

I obtain following error on screen:

“Failed to validate installation, check server log”

 

And the following on log file:

validator#org.apache.maven.continuum.web.validator.InstallationValidator  -
Failed to validate installation, check server log. cli to get
W:\Maven\2.0\apache-maven-2.0.9\bin\mvn version return code 1
