I'm setting up a shell project and trying to figure out how can I add developers to the project. I want to use the "Send a mail to latest committers" feature in the "Add" email Notifier form. Goggling around I got the idea that only Maven projects (pom.xml) can do that. Can anybody confirm that? Appreciate your help Thanks
