I already tried that but not working.
Server certificate permanently has been done already.
Therefore,
Using svn via command line works find.
And also using svn via explorer with TortoiseSVN works find.
Only via continuum is not working in every PCs except one machine from I
tested 10 PCs.
Is there any sequence to install continuum, java, subversion or version
dependency?

It looks like you need to manually run an SVN command under the user running
Continuum to get it to accept the updated server certificate permanently, as
Continuum has no mechanism to do that.
