This should work:
buildworld, buildkernel, installkernel, reboot, installworld, reboot.
Or:
buildkernel, installkernel, reboot, buildworld, installworld, reboot.
The Makefile won't let you run the installworld target unless you are
running a 1.5.4 kernel.
