FW analyzer

Hi all,

Is there a tool for BSD (preferably Dfly) that is capable of analyzing
firewall ruleset files? I am looking for a tool that can read let's
say Checkpoint ".fws" files analyze the ruleset for redundancy errors
and give some feedback.
