I did a fresh install of 1.6, then moved to preview, on a box that was running 1.2. I set up printing the same as was on 1.2, but no printing will occur.
My /etc/printcap:

The error message is:
lp: cannot execv(/usr/local/bin/foomatic-rip): No file or directory
