I wrote usr.bin/csup wrapper for DragonFly a few months ago: http://leaf.dragonflybsd.org/mailarchive/users/2006-10/msg00072.html (les.ath.cx is at 61.205.61.15, in case it doesn't resolve) But as already discussed on this mailing list before, it's not very useful until csup supports CVS mode.
