Apache2.2 and php5, 100% usage

Hi,

Ive been experiencing a weird thing. Im running DF 1.6 on this server 
and once in a while 1 or 2 of the apache processes become using 100% 
CPU, all the other apache processes are ok. This is an SMP box.

Any clues?
