I examed the problem a little further: I told that the drives were da4/6, I was wrong, drives ARE ad4/6.
I was not sharp enough, so I wrote letters a and d in wrong order. Devices ad4 AND ad6 are found by fdisk AND disklabel. Sorry for bothering you all with "nothing" :-(
