updating pkgsrc

Hi,

If I want to update pkgsrc, according to the handbook, I should use like 
CVSup DragonFly-src-supfile. However, this file doesn't contain anything 
like the ports-supfile of FreeBSD, which also works with cvsup. So, 
what's the correct thing to do?
