I'm kinda scratching my head on this one. I've never needed a pkgsrc
bootstrap kit, I've always just built the bootstrap package from
/usr/pkgsrc/bootstrap.
Maybe at one point they pointed to a binary bootstrap kit, but as far
as I can tell binary bootstrap kits aren't being built any more.
