OK, that answers part of the question - we can create live CDs. How about the compressed filesystem? Does Dfly have anything similar to SquashFS (Linux) or cloop2 (FreeBSD/NetBSD) so we can cram a lot of software in the 700MB ISO limit? Thanks in advance.
