It's to build packages. You know this - you're mirroring it. We do need to figure out a solution that fixes the delay in getting material out. More bandwidth to dragonflybsd.org, or moving pkgbox to someplace with a faster connection, or someone building (or letting me build) on their CPU-and-bandwidth-rich system would be options.
