Apache users on master / 2.6 pre-release - lwbuf fix needed

    Apache users should note that a bug in the lwbuf code in recent masters
    can run the system out of KVM.  This bug has been fixed in master and
    in the 2.6 branch (the bug is not present in older systems or releases).
