www.snort.org Seems a bit 'heavy' for my little (P2) web server. But it looks like the kind of thing people would want on every (modern) web-attached computer. For my own part, I'll continue developing my own little program, if for no other reason than it's helping refresh my "C" skills, which are lacking. Thanks for the tip, however. Walter
