I'm using 2010Q1 and running into library mismatches, e.g. xsltproc requires libgpg-error.so.0.4.0 but the installed version is 0.5.0. Can you upgrade all libraries after building them and build the packages again to make sure this doesn't happen? Or are you already doing this?
