You are using moused/sysmouse. Check the '-z' flags for moused or try switching your xorg.conf to use the 'raw' mouse device (e.g. /dev/psm0 or /dev/ums0, etc.) if you don't care about console / non-x mouse usage. Cheers, - Chris
