Hi, can you tell us a little about what doesn't work when you try to use the NVidia card?
For starts, there is the "vesa" driver which basically works with every video card out there but severely lacks in features (can't remember exactly, dual-monitor use may among those missing). The Nouveau driver is available in pkgsrc-wip[1][2] although I don't know the state of it, if it is up to date and if it builds on DragonFly.
