It has some carp related code on the input/output path. But obviously I didn't find it affects performance at all. I have enabled CARP on all of my boxes. DragonFly's carp's IPv6 support is broken (ever since the initial import). IPv4 is well supported. Well, I don't think it will hurt to put carp into GENERIC kernel. > Is it conceivable to have it as a module for the next release ? It will have to be built into kernel.
