Here are my dependencies..

        <dependency>
            <groupId>org.apache.cxf</groupId>
            <artifactId>cxf-rt-frontend-jaxws</artifactId>
            <version>2.1</version>
        </dependency>
        <dependency>
            <groupId>org.apache.cxf</groupId>
            <artifactId>cxf-rt-transports-http</artifactId>
            <version>2.1</version>
        </dependency>

        <dependency>
            <groupId>org.apache.cxf</groupId>
            <artifactId>cxf-rt-transports-http-jetty</artifactId>
            <version>2.1</version>
        </dependency>

Same ones I used for 2.0.5. Except for the version number. My previous
post was invalid.

My findings so far:

jaxb-impl:2.1.6, jaxb-xjc:2.1.6, fastInfoset:1.2.2 Have to be resolved from
download.java.net/Maven/1

wsdl4j:1.6.1 is only at cropwiki.irri.org/m2repo/wsdl4j/wsdl4j/.

This seems very strange to me that CXF 2.1 can be released with problems
like this. How was it built?
Did you guys deploy the dependencies locally?
