I think this might be the problem, I'm using a Maven-based setup based on that in Glen Mazza's tutorial at http://www.jroller.com/gmazza/date/20080417 . This contains a whole bunch of jars in WEB-INF/lib but that isn't one of them. I didn't put them there myself, I'm assuming Maven did -- how can I tell Maven that I need this functionality too so it gets the right jar for me?
