Can you file a JIRA at:
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CXF
and attach it there (with the "permission to redistribute" box checked).    
We're not supposed to accept patches via email due to "legal" issues.   That 
checkbox is supposed to provide some legal protection of some sort.
