It actually gets a step worse.... When round tripped, the schema has:
<xs:element name="sayHelloResponse">
<xs:complexType>
<xs:sequence>
<xs:element name="output" type="xs:string"/>
</xs:sequence>
</xs:complexType>
</xs:element>
Basically, it loses the min/max/nillable stuff entirely. :-(
