Thanks, I'll try again.  I pulled out the createdFromAPI attribute, as I'm
not doing Endpoint.publish()--which I *thought* was the purpose of that
attribute--but we really need to document precisely when we need it in our
user guide.  I'm also unclear about when we need the ".http-conduit" after
the name and when we don't.

{Sigh} I have *lots* of studying to do...
