When I ran a build this morning and ran my project. I was greeted with

The META-INF/cxf/cxf.xml file refered to in the exception is in
cxf-rt-2.2-SNAPSHOT.jar maven down loaded this morning.
Is this a new build? Has anyone else seen this?
