Howto? WAR file with @webservice and/or @ejb persistence support and maven build

Looking for a template maven project that builds a deployable WAR (no
EAR) that supports:

- @webservice annotations
- @ejb annotations for persistence JPA

perhaps even an maven 2 Archetype
