Thanks again for the speedy follow-up. I now have a working version of
WS-AT/WS-BA over JBossWS/CXF. Unfortunately, I don't yet have the
ability to provide a single source version compatible with both stacks
due to the MAP types having different packages and slightly different
behaviours but I'm looking into resolving that next.
