Hi Arik,

I believe pagination is responsibility of the application but not with the
soap/rest tool kits like CXF. I feel following entities needs to be
supported by your service to have pagination.
For Example:

GetEmployees
         startindex-
         numberofEntites- (i.e) pagesize
         Sortfield
         SortDirection- Aesc,Desc ..etc
