Content-Length not being set

Is there a way to make CXF calculate and set the Content-Length on every
call?  I generated my soap client with CXF and sometimes i am getting a 411
error back from the server i am calling because the content-length was not
set.  When i cut and paste the soap body dumped from my log interceptor and
try the same request via SOAP UI it works as it is setting the
Content-Length
