I just wanted to let everyone know that a second book on CXF is now available:
http://agileskills2.org/DWSAA/ The author (Kent Ka lok Tong) has updated his "Developing Web Services with Apache Axis2" book to a 3rd edition that now covers CXF as well. Thus, it's now entitled "Developing Web Services with Apache CXF and Axis2".
