cxf-rt-frontend-jaxws has a direct dependency on cxf-api which has a direct dependency on XmlSchema.
cxf-common-utilities also has a direct dependency on XmlSchema. cxf-api has a dependency on cxf-common-utilities so it should be picked up that way as well.
