Thanks for the quick reply. I did see that page but I should have mentioned that we're using the nice Spring integration facilities (annotations and cxf-servlet config as described at http://cxf.apache.org/docs/writing-a-service-with-spring.html) The <server> element seems like it would conflict with all that stuff, no?
