WS-I Basic Security Profile is not a standard that a web service stack can
implement like the WS-* specifications are; rather, it's a collection of
recommendations for the web service developer to follow.  While WS-I may
recommend that the names of all web service operations start with the word
"Banana", for example, that's not something for CXF to enforce, as the
specifications it must follow (whether SOAP or WSDL or JAX-WS) allow for a
much broader range of operation names.
