Will the fault handler of in interceptor get called when a fault thrown in an out interceptor?

Hi,
  Will the fault handler of in interceptor be called when a fault thrown in
an out interceptor? We know a fault thrown in an out interceptor will unwind
the interceptors in out interceptor chain set. But does it also unwind the
interceptors in the in interceptor chain set?
