Found the solution with maven :

Seems to be burned into the code:
public static final String DEFAULT_ADDRESS = "http://localhost:9090";;
String address = ToolConstants.DEFAULT_ADDRESS + "/"
+ endpointInfo.getName().getLocalPart();
The only way to override it is to use the -address flag on the java2ws command
line.
