Basically, DOSGI RI users are CXF users. I do agree we should try to ensure users can configure simple and advanced things alike in a CXF neutral way. But letting them to reuse existing CXF constructs, especially in cases where DOSGI concepts such as intents may not be very suitable would be beneficial IMHO. It is not the question of the design of DOSGI RI being limited.
