Well, digging through all the docs and samples on the jetty site, it looks 
like we're doing the session handler thing wrong.  Thus, not really their 
fault.   I have a fix for it that I'm testing now.   Should be part of 2.3.1, 
but it doesn't look like it's usable for 2.3.0 (although it only affect things 
if you turn sessions on which isn't the default).
