You may just wish to generate the JAX-WS artifacts and make the call in
that manner[1] -- any errors returned (if there's any) might help
pinpoint the problem occurring with JaxWsDynamicClientFactory.

I expect this is a jar file issue as I've got some old Axis 1.4 in the project,
but I've tried removing it and the problem didn't go away. I'm using Java 1.6.
Any thoughts on where I should start looking? The source suggested JAXB but I
can't see another JAXB jar in my Eclipse project.
