It's more like an ActiveMQ issue then CXF jms transport.
As you know CXF jms transport is leverage Spring JMS to send and receive
message from the JMS broker. It's using JMS API.
Maybe you can do some configuration with the ActiveMQ systemUsage as the
ActiveMQ wiki page said.
