[JAXRS] CXFNonSpringJaxrsServlet does not configure other init parameters other than javax.ws.rs.Application

Hi,
  I find that CXFNonSpringJaxrsServlet does not configure other init
parameters other than javax.ws.rs.Application in version 2.3.1. In version
2.3.0, it does other init parameters. Is it a bug?
