I am currently building an example including authentication with CXF.
When the server denies access without credentials (401) I get a strange
exception "Can't find input stream in message".
This seems to happen in the ReadHeadersInterceptor.
So my question is: How do we expect CXF to reply to the client in this
case? I would like to see some exception that says something like
"Sending request to <url> failed with http error code 401".
As we are about to release the 2.3.2 shortly I think we should solve
this quickly (if it is a bug).
