1. There is no wsdl in jax rs or did you men jax ws?

The documentation of the codegen plugin should be helpful:

You should also have a look at the wsdl_first example.
3. There is a lot of documentation but not everything is documented. If
we can help you then perhaps we can add this to the documentation if
what you need it is not yet documented.
