Sergey, Thanks for the reply. Hmm, it does seem like an OSGI/Spring issue. I have more configuration issues to deal with so hopefully, as I work those out, this will go away.

I'm not sure what is the exact cause but I'm nearly sure it's not a CXF issue, rather a problem of the OSGI container ensuring the Spring DM configuration is activated properly.
