I have a scenario where I would like to use local discovery (ie
remote-services.xml) but would like the local discovery to automatically
detect when an endpoint goes online or offline. From what I can tell, it
looks like local discovery only happens on startup of the consumer bundle.
Is there anyway to use local discovery to tell when a remote service is
started or stopped?
