It's actually kinda funny or not since we are supposed to be in UAT. But we have deployed this service endpoint to a Dev/WLS Cluster (11g) and a UAT (non-cluster-11g) and the three servers have different version of the wsdl. It is specifically that one method has one parameter missing or all it's parameters are incorrect.
