I opened up issue CXF-3245, "Adding command line options where
appropriate"; https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CXF-3245.
There is a spreadsheet attached with my recommendations for command
line option refinements.
I came to thinking that the -catalog option could be applied to other
command line tools as well.
Since I'm not too familiar with the functionality of catalogs, I was
hoping to see if someone could review the tools and see if there is
value added with having this -catalog switch apply to the other tools,
where it's not being used.
