I saw a very similar (possibly identical - I don't have the details, but the error caused by parsing sloppy HTML when XML is expected was the same, and I believe it was in the WSDLTo tests) problem last week in building my own sandbox branch. I couldn't find any way around it, but didn't have the problem when I went back to the main trunk.
